- For this sector, Tilsa Srl uses only dextrin glues based on potato and vegetable starches while respecting and compliant with the strictest regulations in the food industry.
- Tilsa is able to customize the cardboard tube with special prints, using vegetable inks diluted by water.
TUBES FOR PLASTIC FILMS AND FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
- Production of standard cardboard cores (internal diameter 50.2 to 76.2 mm) up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm in diameter, 50.2 and 20 mm in diameter 76.2.
- Ability to respond to any request in terms of size and thickness to diameter.
TUBES FOR PAPER MILLS
TUBES FOR PACKAGING
- Production of cardboard cores with very low thickness (0.8 mm) for diameters up to 100 mm.
- Production of cardboard cores with thickness > 1 mm for diameters over 100 mm.
LARGE TUBES
- Tilsa is able to produce the cardboard cores up to a maximum external diameter of 800 mm with thicknesses of between 3 and 20 mm.
